Hebrews 11:3

By faith we understand that the universe was ordered by the word of God.

All of creation is a gift from our loving God, who has entrusted it to us for our delight and enjoyment. Knowing this transforms the way we approach our world, ourselves, and one another. When we understand, by faith, that God created and continues to create the world and that it is good, we take time to reflect on its beauty and on how we are called to care for all of God's creation.
