The promise of the Holy Spirit is one of comfort to all who seek to follow Jesus. Who does not need a reminder from time to time? The cares of each day can obscure the words and teachings of Jesus that we carry in our hearts. God's plan provides the answer: the Advocate will be sent to teach and remind us and to make God's presence alive in the world. The ever-present source of grace is there for the asking.
