Take a few moments to quiet yourself within. Focus on your breathing and become present to God, who takes great joy in you.
Psalm 96:11-13
Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice; let the sea and what fills it resound; let the plains be joyful and all that is in them. Then let all the trees of the forest rejoice before the LORD who comes, who comes to govern the earth, To govern the world with justice and the peoples with faithfulness.
Nature so freely gives thanks and praise to the Creator with its beautiful display of sights, smells, and sounds, as well as through its bountiful harvests. Nature is being true to the reason it was created. What lessons of truth and faithfulness we can learn from nature!
In what ways can I give praise and thanks by being who God intended me to be?
How can my existence be one of truth and faithfulness to the Father?
(Pray, using these words or your own.)
Glorious God, when I see your creations I am reminded that you are always taking care of me. May I be worthy of your gifts by being a gift to the world.
