Kate Wiskus, DMin, is an adjunct professor at St. Mary of the Lake University and Mundelein Seminary in Mundelein, IL. Previously, Kate served as diocesan director of several offices simultaneously for the Diocese of Madison: Pastoral Services, Diaconate and Lay Formation, Evangelization, and Safe Environment. She began her 40+ years in ministry as a faith formation administrator, catechist, youth minister, and retreat facilitator. Kate, who is the co-author (with Mark Mogilka) of Pastoring Multiple Parishes (The Emerging Models series), has been recognized for her volunteer contributions through numerous awards, most notably the Iowa Governor’s Outstanding Volunteer Award for her work to support families through monthly newsletters distributed through schools, training programs, and parenting groups. Kate is married to Kenneth and cherishes family time as mother of three and grandmother of eight.
